“系统中心”作为广东省普通高校人文社会科学重点研究基地，立足本土，放眼国际，依托学科，关注现实，努力为政府和社会提供咨询服务，致力于建成高端智库。近年来，系统中心依托科学技术哲学与管理科学专业的团队，积极利用科研成果，服务社会。

As a Key Research Base for Humanities and Social Sciences of Universities in Guangdong, the Systems Center focuses on the local, aims at the international, relies on degree programs, pays attention to the reality and strives to provide consulting services for the government and society. It is committed to building a high-end think tank. Recently, the Center’s professional team of both Philosophy of Science and Technology and Management Science actively applies the scientific research achievements to serve the society.

范冬萍教授作为全国人大代表，带领团队深入调研，在国家层面提出高质量的建议与议案。特别是，2016年3月在十二届全国人大四次会议期间，国务院总理李克强来到广东代表团参加政府工作报告的审议。范冬萍教授作为代表发言，向总理汇报了关于破解高校毕业生“就业难”与中小微企业“引才难”矛盾的建议。

As a delegate to National People’s Congress, Professor Fan Dongping led a team to conduct in-depth research and brought forth high-quality proposals at the national level. In particular, during the Fourth Session of the 12th National People's Congress in March 2016, Premier Li Keqiang participated in the deliberation on the government work report together with the Guangdong delegates. Professor Fan Dongping made a speech as a representative and proposed to the Premier solutions on solving the contradiction between the difficulty in employment for college graduates and the difficulty in attracting talents among medium and small enterprises.

积极对接服务粤港澳大湾区，为城市发展、企业管理等提供咨询和服务。2019年，成立了“华南师范大学粤港澳大湾区科技创新与绿色发展研究中心”。该中心是我校响应国家建设粤港澳大湾区的号召而设立，紧紧围绕国际科技创新中心与绿色发展的粤港澳大湾区发展愿景，发挥科技哲学、技术创新、管理科学等学科领域的合力优势，吸收整合校外国外的优势资源，以有水平、有特色、有影响为目标的研究阵地与高端智库。将为粤港澳大湾区科学创新和技术提供哲学意义上的知识基础和科技发展战略指导，提供科研协同创新和绿色发展的科技政策咨询服务。

We actively assist in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), providing consulting services for urban development and enterprise management. 2019 witnessed the establishment of “Center for Scientific and Technological Innovation and Green Development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, SCNU” as a response to the call of the nation in constructing the Area. It stays closely in line with the vision of GBA as the international science-technology innovation center with green development. The center applies its strength in the fields of philosophy of science and technology, technological innovation, management science and other disciplines, absorbs and integrates domestic and international resources, striving to reach the aim of being the research base and high-end think tank with high standard, unique features and widespread influence. It will provide GBA with basic knowledge and strategic guidance in science innovation and science-technology development from the philosophical perspective, providing consulting service in scientific research and innovation as well as technological policy on green development.

范冬萍教授对“爱国爱港”融入香港核心价值观的对策进行了深入研究，并提供了高质量的咨询报告，完成了教育部人文社会科学研究专项委托项目和港澳研究会招标项目。薛捷和范冬萍教授等组成的科研团队，为佛山市撰写2014年、2015年中小微企业发展蓝皮书，被政府采纳。颜泽贤教授、范冬萍教授等人组成的团队发挥科学与人文交叉的学科和科研优势，坚持以人为本、传播科学、和谐共进的核心理念，完成了“广东科学中心的概念设计”。范冬萍教授带领学科团队为上市公司的管理人员和工程师进行“哲学思维和方法论训练”系列讲座，受到企业欢迎和好评。同时，系统中心还联合澳门科技大学社会和文化研究所，成立了“华南师范大学民办教育公共政策系统管理研究中心”，积极探索《民办教育法》修订后中国民办教育发展的问题，已与中国文献出版社签订了系列出版合同，目前正在编写《广东省民办教育发展报告蓝皮书》，以后将陆续出版关于民办教育发展的相关研究成果。

Professor Fan Dongping conducted an in-depth research on integrating the idea of "love the country and Hong Kong" into the core values of Hong Kong, submitted high-quality consulting reports, completed the commissioned projects of Humanities and Social Science Research by the Ministry of Education and the tendering projects of Hong Kong and Macao Research Society. A research team led by Professor Xue Jie and Fan Dongping completed the 2014 and 2015 Blue Books on the development of medium and micro enterprises for Foshan City, which were adopted by the government. Professor Yan Zexian, Fan Dongping and other members of the team made full use of the science-humanities interdisciplinary research strength, adhered to the core concept of “people-oriented, promoting science, and achieving harmonious development,” and completed the "Concept Design for Guangdong Science Center." Professor Fan Dongping led the disciplinary team and conducted the "Philosophical Thinking and Methodology Training" series lectures for managers and engineers of listed companies, which were well received. Meanwhile, Systems Center, together with the Institute for Social and Cultural Research(ISCR) at Macau University of Science and Technology, founded the "Systems Management Center for Public Policy of Non-Government Education of South China Normal University” actively exploring the development of China's non-government education after the Law of Non-Government Education was in force. After signing series publishing contracts with Chinese Academic Press, the Center is now in the process of writing the Blue Books on the Development of Non-Government Education in Guangdong Province, which will be published one by one in the near future.
