Associate Professor Chen Youfang, Doctor of Economics from Lingnan College of Sun Yat-sen university, currently serves as Vice Dean of the School of Public Administration, Tutor of master's degree in Engineering Management, and leading member of the revision group of Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards in the Ministry of Education.
