系统科学与系统管理研究中心历史沿革
华南师范大学系统科学与系统管理研究中心成立于2007年1月，2009年2月获批“广东省普通高校人文社会科学重点研究基地”。
Founded in January 2007, Center for Systems Science and Systems Management of South China Normal University was granted as the “Key Research Base for Humanities and Social Sciences of Universities in Guangdong” in February 2009.
系统科学与系统管理研究中心（以下简称“系统中心”）所依托的主要学科——华南师范大学科学技术哲学专业，历史悠久，实力雄厚，特色鲜明。在自然辩证法界前辈曾近义教授的开拓和引领下，华南师范大学于1979年获批第一批自然辩证法硕士学位授权点。在颜泽贤教授的带领下，科学技术哲学成为广东省重点学科，国家一、二、三期“211工程”重点建设项目的核心学科，并于2000年获得科学技术哲学博士学位授权点。目前，学科研究团队努力在跨学科综合型创新人才培养、科学研究的特色化与国际化、文化传承与服务社会的高端智库等方面获得新的突破。
Center for Systems Science and Systems Management (hereinafter referred to as the "Systems Center") is based upon the major discipline—Philosophy of Science and Technology at South China Normal University, which has a long history, remarkable strength and distinctive characteristics. In 1979, South China Normal University was granted as the first batch of master's degree authorization of Natural Dialectics under the guidance of Professor Zeng Jinyi, a pioneer in the field of Natural Dialectics. Under the leadership of Professor Yan Zexian, Philosophy of Science and Technology became a key discipline in Guangdong Province, a core discipline in the first, second and third phases of the key construction project—"211Project,” and it was granted as the doctoral degree authorization in 2000. For the moment, the disciplinary research team is striving to make new breakthroughs in the fields of incubating interdisciplinary innovative talents, specializing and internationalizing scientific research, and creating high-end think tanks that inherits national culture and serves the society.
系统中心主要有三个研究方向：系统科学哲学与系统管理、科学哲学与科学方法论以及科学技术与社会发展。研究领域包括系统科学哲学与系统方法论、科学哲学与分析哲学、科技与伦理、技术哲学、复杂性方法与社会发展、管理科学与区域创新等。系统思想与系统方法论，复杂性科学哲学与社会发展是本中心的研究重点和研究特色。经过多年来的不懈努力，系统中心现已成为国内复杂性与系统科学哲学领域中最具实力的研究中心之一，并在国际学术界产生了一定的影响。
The Center has three main research directions: Philosophy of Systems Science and Systems Management, Philosophy of Science and Scientific Methodology, as well as Science-Technology and Social Development. Research fields include Philosophy of Systems Science and Systems Methodology, Philosophy of Science and Analytic Philosophy, Science-Technology and Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, Complexity Method and Social Development, Management Science and Regional Innovation, to name just but a few. Systems Thinking and Systems Methodology, together with Philosophy of Complex Science and Social Development, are the research focus and signature of the Center. After years of unremitting efforts, the Systems Center has become one of the most potent research centers in the field of Complexity and Philosophy of Systems Science in China, exerting an influence on the international academia.
“系统中心”的研究团队结构合理，老中青结合，具有创新活力。现有核心研究人员16名。同时，还聘请了清华大学、中山大学、北京师范大学、弗吉尼亚大学、赫尔大学、加州州立大学等国内外院校的专家学者作为本中心客座教授和学术顾问。
The research team of "Systems Center" features a reasonable structure with a combination of both senior and junior scholars, enjoying innovative vitality. There are now 16 leading researchers. At the same time, experts and scholars from Tsinghua University, Sun Yat-sen University, Beijing Normal University, University of Virginia, University of Hull, California State University and other domestic and foreign universities are invited as visiting professors and academic consultants.
中心第一任主任是颜泽贤教授。主要研究方向为现代系统科学与系统管理、系统方法论与社会管理。他现任中国复杂性与系统科学哲学专业委员会理事长、广东省自然辩证法研究会会长。曾任华南师范大学校长、澳门城市大学校长、中国自然辩证法研究会副理事长、广东省社会科学联合会主席、广东高等教育学会会长。他是享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家，中国有突出贡献的博士、硕士学位获得者。现为“系统中心”的总顾问。
颜泽贤教授主要从事现代系统科学与系统管理方面的教学、研究和实践。多次参与和主持制定省、市地区的社会、科技、经济和教育等方面的发展战略，在国内外核心学术刊物上已经发表学术论文60多篇，在人民出版社、香港三联书店等出版社共出版学术著作16部，其中重要的有《复杂系统演化论》、《现代西方系统理论》、《耗散结构与系统演化》、《系统科学导论——复杂性探索》、《社会可持续发展的系统进路与对策研究》等。Email：yanzexian@126.com
The first director of the Center is Professor Yan Zexian. Professor Yan’s research interests include Modern Systems Science and System Management as well as Systems Methodology and Social Management. He is currently Director of the Chinese Association for Complexity and Philosophy of Systems Science, and chairman of the Society of Nature Dialectics of Guangdong Province. He used to be President of South China Normal University, President of City University of Macau, Deputy Director of Chinese Society for Dialectics of Nature, President of Guangdong Social Science Federation, and President of Guangdong Society for Higher Education. Professor Yan is an expert enjoying the special government allowance from The State Council and a Doctoral and master’s degree holder with outstanding contributions to China. He is now the general counsel of the Systems Center.
Professor Yan’s teaching and research focus primarily on systems science and systems management. He had participated and chaired the formulation of strategy of society, science and technology, economy, education and other fields of provinces and cities. He had published more than 60 papers in both domestic and international core academic journals. He had put out 16 academic books through the People’s Publishing House, Hong Kong SDX Bookstore and other publishing houses. And the important ones are as follows: The Evolution of Complex Systems, Contemporary Western Systems Theory, The Dissipative Structure and Systems Evolution, An Introduction to Systems Science and Studies on the Systems Access and Ways of Social Sustainable Development. 现任中心主任是范冬萍教授，哲学博士，科技哲学博士生、硕士生导师，工程管理专业硕士导师。主要研究方向为：系统科学哲学与管理方法论、系统思维与社会发展、科技伦理与科技政策。她现任华南师范大学公共管理学院院长，中国自然辩证法研究会常务理事、复杂性与系统科学哲学专业委员会副理事长兼秘书长。她荣获国家“万人计划”哲学社会科学领军人才，中宣部文化名家暨“四个一批”人才。她是享受政府特殊津贴专家，第十二届全国人大代表，“珠江学者”特聘教授（2013-2017）。她曾在美国哈佛大学哲学系做访问学者（2009-2010），英国赫尔大学商学院系统研究中心做高级研究学者（2007-2008）。目前是国际系统研究联盟主办刊物 Systems Research and Behavioral Science（SSCI 全文收录源期刊）编委会成员和中国编辑（代表）。Email：fandping@126.com
Current Director of the Center is Professor Fan Dongping, Doctor of Philosophy of Science and Technology, Tutor of Doctoral and master’s degree in Philosophy of Science and Technology, and Tutor of master’s degree in Engineering Management. Professor Fan’s research focuses primarily on Philosophy of Systems Science and Management Methodology, Systems Thinking and Social Development as well as Science-Technology Ethics and Policy. She currently serves as Dean of School of Public Administration, Standing Director of the Chinese Society for Dialectics of Nature, and Vice President and Secretary-General of the Chinese Association for Complexity and Philosophy of Systems Science. Besides, she is a national expert in the Key Talents Project and the Ministry of Education’s New Century Excellent Talents (NCET) Program, a delegate to 12th National People’s Congress, an expert enjoying the special government allowance from The State Council, a Distinguished Professor of “Pearl River Scholars” (2013-2017) in Guangdong Province. Professor Fan was a Visiting Scholar to the Department of Philosophy at Harvard University from August 2009 to August 2010 and a Senior Research Scholar at Business School, University of Hull from August 2007 to March 2008. She is also the editorial board member and Chinese editor (representative) of the journal Systems Research and Behavioral Science (SSCI) run by the International Federation for Systems Research.
