人才培养

本中心注重人才培养质量，抓基础的同时也强调改革创新，不断提升人才培养质量。中心依托科学技术哲学学科的硕士点和博士点、管理科学本科专业，形成跨学科综合型创新人才培养模式。科技哲学的毕业生主要从事政府管理工作、高等院校的教学科研工作以及企业管理等工作。许多人成为政府高层管理人员，著名专家学者，成功企业家或核心管理骨干。

The Center lays stress on the quality of incubating talents, focusing on both foundation and reform-innovation so as to constantly improve the quality of talent training. Relying on the master's and doctoral programs of Philosophy of Science and Technology as well as the undergraduate program of Management Science, the Center has formed an interdisciplinary innovative mode of talent-incubation. Graduates of Philosophy of Science and Technology are mainly employed in the areas of government administration, teaching and scientific research in institutions of higher education, and enterprise management. A large number of students became senior government officials, famous experts and scholars, successful entrepreneurs and core administrative backbone.

科学技术哲学专业特别注重研究生的科学研究能力与国际化交流，鼓励和支持研究生进行国内外学术交流。科学技术哲学专业研究生多人获得研究生国家奖学金、“曾永裕奖学金”等各类奖学金。 同时，科学哲学专业研究生积极参与科研活动，自2008年以来，累计发表学术论文100多篇，其中，在哲学类核心期刊《自然辩证法研究》、《自然辩证法通讯》、《系统科学学报》等发表文章40余篇。博士生邝茵茵、王泽榔、付强等获得国家留学基金委资助赴美国知名高校进行联合培养。

The major of Philosophy of Science and Technology pays special attention to the postgraduates’ capability of conducting scientific research as well as international exchanges, encouraging and supporting postgraduates to participate in academic exchanges at home and abroad. Postgraduates have won scholarships including National Scholarship for Postgraduates and Zeng Yongyu Scholarship. Meanwhile, postgraduates participated actively in scientific research activities. Since 2008, more than 100 academic papers have been published, among which more than 40 articles are published in philosophy core journals, such as Studies in Dialectics of Nature, Journal of Dialectics of Natural and Chinese Journal of Systems Science. Doctoral students including Kuang Yinyin, Wang Zelang and Fu Qiang, were sponsored by China Scholarship Council and went to renowned universities in the United States for joint training

系统中心的核心成员作为华南师范大学工程管理专业学位硕士（Master of Engineering Management，简称MEM）的硕士生导师，目前已培养三届毕业生。MEM定位于“工程师的MBA”，旨在培养技术专长与管理领导能力兼备的复合型优秀人才。

The leading members of the Systems Center serve as tutors of Master of Engineering Management (MEM) in South China Normal University and have supervised three groups of graduate students. MEM is positioned as "MBA for engineers", aiming to incubate talents with both technical expertise and administrative leadership.

中心设有博士后流动站，已招收十余名哲学以及管理学等学科的国内外著名大学的博士毕业生进站做博士后研究。Systems center has a post-doctoral research center and has recruited more than ten doctoral graduates majored in philosophy and management from famous universities at home and abroad.
