本书概括了系统科学创立以来最主要的学术成就,综合吸收了国际上复杂性研究各学派的最新成果。全书包括五个部分,分别介绍了系统运动的根源、研究进路、发展历史及研究趋势和展望;从系统概念、系统思想以及系统方法论三个方面阐述了一般系统论研究框架;从总体上对复杂性和复杂系统的动力学进行了讨论;通过对多层级控制系统、自组织系统、复杂适应系统三种不同类型的复杂系统的讨论,揭示了复杂系统的三种动力学演化机制;最后,介绍了不同类型的系统方法论在组织与管理科学中的应用。
This book summarizes the most important academic achievements since the establishment of Systems Science and includes extensively the latest accomplishment by various schools of Complexity Studies in the world. The book consists of five parts, which introduce respectively the origin, research approaches, development history, research trend and prospects. The research framework of General Systems Theory is expounded from three aspects: systems concept, systems thinking and systems methodology. This book covers the complexity and dynamics of complex systems in general, revealing the three dynamic evolution mechanisms of complex systems by discussing three types of complex systems, namely, multi-level control system, self-organizing system and complex adaptive system. Finally, it introduces the application of different types of systems methodology in organizational and management science.
